Terms and Conditions Use of the Indowd Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Indowd as the platform operator and you as a registered user ("Member"). By registering, accessing, or using any Indowd service in any form, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of this Agreement without exception.

In this document, certain terms are used with specific meanings as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the Indowd website, mobile app, and all digital services operated under the Indowd brand.
• "Account" refers to the unique digital identity created by a Member upon registering at Indowd.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's account, including both real money and bonus credits.

• "Rollover" refers to the total wagering volume requirement that must be met before a bonus or certain winnings can be withdrawn.

To register and use Indowd services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

1. Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
2. Register under your own identity with accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
3. Hold only one active account on the Indowd platform at any given time.
4. Not located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
5. Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. If important details such as your bank account number or email address change, you are required to update that information through your account settings as soon as possible.

• Standard withdrawal processing is completed in under 3 minutes for fully supported methods. For certain methods, bank processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Indowd charges no withdrawal processing fees, although third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login information confidential.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an extra layer of protection.
• Contact Indowd's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party.
• Indowd is not responsible for losses arising from a Member's failure to keep their account information confidential.

On the platform side, Indowd applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all connections, real-time account activity monitoring, and an anomaly detection system to identify suspicious activity as early as possible. Your personal data is stored and processed in accordance with our applicable privacy policy.

Indowd strongly encourages all members to play wisely and responsibly. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a primary source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Indowd reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a Member's account if a violation of these terms and conditions is found. This action may be taken without prior notice in the following serious cases:

• Identity fraud or submission of false information during registration or verification.
• Holding more than one active account on the Indowd platform.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play or exploit the system.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that harms other Members or Indowd.
• Actions that fall under the category of money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Proven to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, Indowd reserves the right to withhold the existing balance. For account closures not caused by a violation (e.g., at the Member's own request), any remaining balance will be returned after verification, provided there are no pending bonus transactions that have not yet met the rollover requirement.

Indowd reserves the right to change, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time based on operational needs, regulatory changes, or platform developments. We are committed to always communicating significant changes to all members.

Change notification mechanisms include:

• In-platform notifications displayed when you log in after changes have been applied.
• Email notification to the address registered to your account for any material changes.
